Challenge League - FINAL STANDINGS

Vegalta Sendai end the season unbeaten, with twenty wins and two draws - both home games. FC Takahashi finish second and will contest for promotion to the Nadeshiko League with the team finishing ninth in the top division, which will be decided next weekend. Setagaya finish third, beating Nittaidai as a result of scoring more goals, their respective goal differences being the same. Similarly at the bottom, Nagano's win today moves them ahead of JSCL. Both sides now play in the Challenge League promotion playoffs.

Elsewhere the JFA Academy's players will be delighted with a fifth place finish, with fellow schoolgirls Tokiwagi Gakuen in sixth. Ehime's target of sixth was not eventually realised, but they will be pleased with seventh in their first season. They beat Shizuoka on goal difference, with Kagoshima and Bunnys struggling behind them, but doing just enough to stay out of trouble.
