(Attendance: 420)

Orca Kamogawa and their band of seasoned veterans have been promoted to the Challenge League after a dramatic win on away goals, with opponents Kumamoto again finding themselves relegated to the Kyushu League. Kurahara Honami had given the hosts tremendous hope of surviving when she scored twice to give them a 2-1 lead on aggregate at half-time. Kamogawa were unfazed and twenty-one minutes after the restart had a precious aggregate equaliser, Nakashima Ayaka scoring after a poor attempt from Kumamoto goalkeeper Ushijima Natsuki.
