Biwako Seikei Sport College who finished second in the Second Division played Osaka International University who finished seventh in the First Division for
the right to play in the First Division in the Autumn League.
June 27th:
Osaka International University 1 - 1 Biwako Seikei Sport College
Osaka International University win 4-3 on penalties after extra time and retain their place in the First Division.
