Daito Bunka University 0 - 2 Juntendo University
Kanagawa University 2 - 1 Toyo University
Kanagawa University retain their place in the First Division and are joined by Juntendo University; Daito Bunka University are relegated to the Second Division with Toyo University remaining in the same division.
Kanto League Second Division Promotion/Relegation Play-Offs:
November 16th:
Bunkyo University 6 - 2 Tokyo Gakugei University
Japan Women's College of Physical Education 0 - 2 Yamanashi Gakuin University
Bunkyo University retain their place in the Second Division, and are joined by Yamanashi Gakuin University; Tokyo Gakugei University remain in the Third Division, and are joined by the relegated Japan Women's College of Physical Education.
