Ota Ladies SC Esperanza  0 - 2  Tokyo International University

Match 9:
Shobi University  0 - 3  JEF United Ichihara Chiba Ladies U-18


Tokyo International University and JEF United Ichihara Chiba Ladies U-18 have been promoted to the Kanto League for the 2014 season.

Ota Ladies SC Esperanza and Shobi University have been relegated.
