Tokiwagi Gakuen lost their 100% winning record in Kyushu today as Fukuoka confirmed their title credentials with an excellent 3-0 win. Tagashira Yoko scored the first two either side of half time, with Fujimoto Yuki scoring in additional time. For Tokiwagi there was the extraordinarily rare sight of a sending off - Hirata Miki receiving a red card for fouling Hirata Hikari with six minutes remaining. Next weekend sees the first highly-anticipated clash between Setagaya and Fukuoka which will go a long way to determining who is in the running for promotion at the end of the season.

AS Elfen Sayama won again by a comfortable margin over the visiting JFA Academy who included three visting players from Florida State University. Arakawa Eriko scored for the fifth consecutive game, netting twice on this occasion. Uchida Saki, Nara Misaki and Hagiwara Aimi also scored to give Sayama a five goal cushion before Ueda Yuriko pulled one back for the students.

Nojima Stella Kanagawa were kept at bay by Nittaidai until fifteen minutes into the second half, at which point the floodgates opened and four goals were scored in eleven minutes. A Kanai brace was bracketed by goals from Saito and Kawarazaki - her first of the season. Nojima stay top of the table and show their level of intention for next season. Nittaidai have yet to get going and remain ninth.

The JSC Ladies had a very comfortable win over a very poor Kagoshima side, with six of their top names scoring. Sasaki, Toriumi, Nakashima, Iwasaki, Takahashi and Kusakari were the JSCL scorers, Kagoshima did get two themselves from their scorers last week, Imanaka Yuri and Oh Yu Sun. Kagoshima look very much destined to a relegation struggle while last year's bottom side now have ten points from six games.

The first Shizuoka - Shimizu derby ended in an incredible 8 - 3 victory for the visiting Shizuoka Sangyo, with the standout performance coming from Nishiyama Mei, with her first hat-trick of the season. Young Shimamura Kumiko scored twice, and there were also goals for Kubota, Oda and Ogata. Pleiades' three goals came from Taniguchi, former Bunnys player Kawachi and the team's leading scorer Hamanaka Saki.

Two second-half goals saw Bunnys move onto six points and well clear of danger, with the two scorers having made their way from Fukuoka J. Anclas recently. Kushige Aoi got the first on the hour mark, her third of the season and with five minutes remaining Akiyama Ryo opened her account for 2013. Both sides now sit on six points with two wins from six games.

Ehime once again started without Nakada Maiko but after the outstanding Cerezo captain Nishida Meika headed the home side ahead from a corner, Ehime's top scorer last season was finally introduced, but to no avail. Cerezo held on for their first clean sheet and with five minutes remaining Matsubara Shiho scored from the spot to ensure all three points and a fine win. Cerezo Osaka Sakai now visit distant Matsushima in Miyagi to face fellow schoolgirls Tokiwagi Gakuen while Ehime try to recover their form at home to Nagano.

Sfida Setagaya had no problem in Oita today as they cruised to a 5-0 win, with their hosts having no shots on goal. Tomiyama Hitomi scored her first league goal since joining from Kanto Gakuen, Mori Hitomi kept up her impressive record with a brace and Hori Yoshie also scored her first since joining from Niigata. Usui Rie scored the final goal from a corner in the closing minutes. The first three goals were all created by Nagasawa Yume.
