(Attendance: 1200)

With Vegalta Sendai's men's team dominating J-League's Division 1, their women counterparts are determined that they will also stamp their authority on their respective league this season. Shimada got on the end of a through pass from first year Sakurai Mayuka to give her side the lead, and four minutes later Kudo Asami scored her second of the season. Both Sakurai and Shimada were again involved as Sakurai's throw-in found Shimada and her long pass to Kudo was finished off expertly.
