2010 Challenge League Final Standings

Tokiwagi Gakuen High School won the Challenge League East at the first attempt, with AC Nagano Parceiro Ladies progressing to a promotion play-off series as the only eligible team in the East division.

In the West the relegated Speranza FC Takatsuki won the division, and they and Bunnys Kyoto SC join AC Nagano Parceiro Ladies in a three-way play-off series, the winner of which will play the team finishing bottom of the Nadeshiko League.

At the other end of the two tables, Shimizu Daihachi Pleiades and Renaissance Kumamoto FC face relegation play-offs against newcomers.
